APPLICATIONS

  • General purpose laser diode driver

FEATURES

  • Two monitor current ranges available: 50 to 500µA (WJ), 0.15 to 1.5mA (WJZ).
  • Simple APC adjustment via an external resistor.
  • Continuous (CW) or pulsed operation of up to 300kHz.
  • Laser diode current of up to 250mA.
  • Adjustable watchdog for input signals.
  • Soft power-on and thermal protection.
  • Single 5V supply, with few external components.
