- Schmitt Trigger inputs with two-stage pull-down current for enhanced noise immunity with limited power dissipation
- Inputs TTL and CMOS compatible (1.8 to 3.3 to 5V)
- Current limited and short-circuit proof push-pull outputs
- Push-pull current source to drive FET transistors
- Voltage-proof outputs up to 18V (pulsed)
- Ground and supply voltage monitor
- iC-MFL QFN24 is qualified for typical SIL ⁄ ASIL applications according to AEC Q100.
- ESD protection
- Temperature range of -40 to +125°C
